A celebration lunch using pink, white and silver to reflect the colours of early summer. The first flush of peonies grace the table.

Secure the peonies in bunches. Cut the stems so they are level and stand in the vase to keep them straight and tidy. Soft summer fruits are piled onto Victorian pressed glass cake stands, waiting to tempt the guests.
