Ingredients
1
bottle chilled semi sweet good sparkling wine or Prosecco
750ml (1½ pints) peach juice
Method
Stir
the peach juice in a large jug. Slowly add the sparkling white wine
or Prosecco. Stir until blended. Pour into champagne flutes.
