litre (1¾ pints) light rum, Mount Gay or Cavalier
1 litre (1¾ pints) fresh pineapple juice
250ml (7½ floz) fresh passion fruit juice
250 ml (7¾ floz) fresh lime juice
Grated nutmeg
Ice
Slices of mango and pineapple to garnish

Method
Place all the ingredients except the ice into a large airtight container. Stir well and place in thr fridge for 36 hours to mature. When ready to serve pour over ice in tall glasses with straw and fruit to garnish.
