Chocolate Martini

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

500ml (17floz) chocolate vodka or a good Polish vodka
250ml (7½floz) chocolate liqueur
Ice cubes
Smarties to garnish

Method

Mix the vodka and liqueur together. Cover and place on ice or in a fridge until required.

To Serve

Pour about 75ml (3 floz) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold, pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the smarties.
